Berichtet ihm ausführlich vom Bilgeri-Prozess und dass Bilgeri mit einem Rekurs an den obersten Patentgerichtshof drohte, wenn Zdarsky einen Vergleich nicht annehme. Auf Anraten seines Anwalts akzeptierte Zdarsky und erhielt eine finanzielle Entschädigung von Bilgeri.
